Diet Time

Ok, so I weighed myself yesterday and couldn't believe I am almost back to the heaviest weight I have ever been.  265lbs :-( ....this means its time to diet again!  I just haven't found my motivation yet.  The last time I dieted I lost over 40lbs and I felt good, but my blood pressure tanked and made me feel dizzy and sleepy.  It also affected my kidney's in a not so good way.  So I stopped dieting then and now I have almost gained it all back.  I think this time I wont care what happens with my  bp or kidneys I can't stand being this heavy any more.  Summer is coming true, but you will never catch me in anything other then long shorts ;-).

So my plan is to go back to the diet that served me so well for 40lbs lost.  Basically it consisted of eating a piece a fruit and a hard boiled egg or two for breakfast on work days.  Eggs and turkey bacon on weekends.  These meals must be eaten in the 6 A.M. hour.  This has to be so that I can get on schedule for the rest of the day as you will see below.  I then will eat something every 3 hours till 9 P.M.  So then at 9 A.M. I will eat a 100 calorie snack, either string cheese or a 1/4 of almonds or piece of fruit.  Then lunch at 12 P.M. something below 400 calories lean cuisine is awesome here most of the meals are 300 calories give or take 40.  Then at 3 P.M. another 100 calorie snack.  Then 6 P.M. dinner, now this is the hardest meal to be good at.  Basically I want to try and keep the calories low and the protein high.  So start with a big salad of mixed greens, bell peppers, carrots and a couple tomatoes.  Then a piece of chicken or fish or yes even beef, grilled preferred with as few oils as possible to keep from sticking.  Then for the last meal if I am still hungry another 100 calorie snack, which could be fudge pop or sugar free jello or something along those lines.  And the hardest thing of all.......drinking the 8 cups of water a day and trying not to drink any soda at all, even diet!  Wish me luck I am starting today!
